Dale Skinner is a focused, detail oriented senior project manager who has successfully completed complicated projects that require attention to specific policies, procedures, and protocols. Prior to joining Intergroup, Dale co-owned an architectural and structural engineering firm and designed many projects in post-tension concrete and high-rise construction such as: The Beauvallon, Embassy Suites Hotels in Anchorage, Alaska, and The Evans School historic renovation in Denver. In the day-to-day, Dale is responsible for project management, design, and construction administration on a variety of projects. Dale is focused on affirming the aspirations of a project and identifying which facility details provide returns and improve inefficiencies.
