OUR STRATEGY
We are currently working with several local municipalities & quasi governmental agencies on an ongoing as-needed contract basis. This work includes a diverse range of project types across a variety of city and county owned or leased facilities. Each project is unique and we strive to custom tailor the design solution to the specific goals of the stakeholders. We pride ourselves in our reputation of being able to work collaboratively with the client and the design goals to achieve a successful project.

Design spaces that contribute to safety and benefit of the community
Addressing current space needs and future expansion growth capabilities
Implement sustainability designs to reduce overhead
Address evolving equipment and apparatus space needs
Continually maintain updated as-built files of current facilities to aid in management of resources
Help develop and maintain facility design standards and general contractor protocols to enable consistent results and quality standards on new construction and remodel projects.
