OUR STRATEGY

We strive to create stimulating and functional learning environments that help teachers efficiently perform their day to day tasks.  Significant efforts are made at the onset of a new project to capture the goals, space needs, and overall programming needs for the facility.  Collaboration with site advisory teams (SATs) and incorporation of community involvement are also keys to a successful outcome.  Care is taken to walk stakeholders through the progress drawings to ensure understanding and buy-in before final completion.  Interior design strategies focus on thoughtful use of color and materials, maintenance friendly and durable products.  Strict adherence to district quality standards and tech specifications is critically important.

YOUR PRIORITIES

• Work collaboratively with district staff, teachers, and community members to define project success criteria.

• Structure project design schedule to strategically achieve completion prior to start of school year.

• Incorporate checks and balances during design process and construction activities to insure compliance with quality standards and timely completion of project.

•  Work collaboratively with the selected general contractor during pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities to successfully achieve district goals for quality, budget, and schedule.
