PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Developed by Lowe Enterprises and leased to Northrop Grumman, this project consolidated several existing facilities into one location. The three story office building is designed with a massing concept that breaks the building into two wings. At the intersection of the wings the building entrance is designed with angled glass making a dominant and identifiable building entrance. The structure was built with painted tilt-up concrete. Steel framing design accents were added to the four building entries to provide visual appeal and weather protection.
