Project Description

Intergroup worked together with Saunders Development, a newly formed extension of Saunders, the developer for the company’s new headquarters. The project is located within the Inverness Business Park on a 6-acre site.

The new headquarters’ design takes a cue from Saunders’ corporate culture and services. The facility will seek LEED Certification under Version 4, incorporating numerous sustainable features such as repurposed materials from other construction projects. Steel frame with masonry veneer and board formed concrete walls was used in the construction. In addition, the facility design will promote employee health and wellness from active stairs, ample outdoor working spaces and an on-site workout facility.
