Project Description

Building B and C of a three-building industrial park located less than four miles from Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport. The design of these projects was aimed at meeting the client’s desire for state-of-the-art high bay industrial buildings. Unique to the demands of this client, the projects were designed to be both extremely flexible (to accommodate users from traditional office and distribution industries), but also highly specialized. The proposed building’s exteriors and interiors were designed to appeal primarily to one of Denver’s fastest-growing industries – high-tech manufacturing. Building B offers a 147,320 SF with uniquely incorporates large offices, highly finished labs, 26-foot clear bays. Building C offers a 113,288 with uniquely incorporates large offices, highly finished labs, 26-foot clear bays, and increased production areas. As specialized buildings, the look and feel of the design include three-sided architecture and extensive windows.
