PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A 26-unit, 3-story apartment building infilled into an existing apartment community. The new building added value to the present property by adding a mix of studio,1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units in an area where an under-utilized dog park previously existed. A large new modern fitness room was also provided on the ground level that replaced the former much smaller clubhouse fitness room. The exterior design of the new building was carefully coordinated with the colors and materials of the existing buildings to help it blend into the community, but still stand out as a modern new addition. The interiors were provided with modern amenities and upgraded finish materials which allowed the owner to diversify his range of product offerings.
